U.S. Federal Reserve dropped U.S. Bank capital reserve requirement to ZERO in 2020. It used to be called "fractional reserve banking." Now, it's Zero Reserve Banking. So. Put that in your pipe, and smoke it. (Think about borrowing U.S. bank notes "money" and paying interest on it; OR participating in a market auction with ZERO.
